There is a live demonstration on the art of wrapping technique by Dr Yeo Bee Wah. You may try your hand at wrapping! But beware. The wrapping is a high-stakes challenge. Good grip-tight-wrapping skill will reward you with two or more dumplings to take home. Loosely tied dumpling equals rice soup in boiling water.
